Terms of Service

The service

App Tracker is a dashboard that aggregates analytics data from App Store Connect and RevenueCat for indie app developers. The service is provided as-is. It does not replace Apple App Store Connect, RevenueCat, or any other provider's official tooling.

Data displayed in the dashboard is sourced from third-party APIs and may be subject to provider delays, rate limits, and reporting windows. App Tracker does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data.

Subscription and trial

App Tracker offers a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged the then-current monthly subscription price.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You can cancel at any time from your billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time.

Your credentials

By providing App Store Connect and RevenueCat API credentials, you authorise App Tracker to use those credentials solely to fetch your analytics data on your behalf. You remain responsible for the security and permissions of any credentials you provide. You should use API keys with the minimum required permissions.

You can revoke access at any time by deleting your credentials from the settings page or by rotating your API keys in App Store Connect / RevenueCat.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to access data you do not have the right to access.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent any security measures.
• Use the service in a way that violates Apple's or RevenueCat's terms of service.
• Resell or sublicense access to the service.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or if payment cannot be collected. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us to delete your data.

Limitation of liability

App Tracker is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
